Software-Specific Risks

Technical Failures

  • Software Bugs. AlgoMind may contain undetected defects or errors that could cause incorrect scoring, miscalculations, or system failures.
  • Latency and Delays. Network delays, connection interruptions, or processing delays may result in stale market data or delayed strategy adjustments.
  • Connection Failures. Loss of connection to NinjaTrader, broker APIs, or AlgoMind servers could interrupt strategy monitoring and control.
  • VPS Downtime. Virtual Private Server outages may prevent automated trading and strategy monitoring.

Integration Risks

  • NinjaTrader Updates. Updates to NinjaTrader 8 may break compatibility with AlgoMind's add-on, causing disabled strategies, failed communications, or loss of control.
  • Broker API Changes. Changes to broker API specifications, authentication, or data feeds may disrupt AlgoMind's functionality.
  • Market Data Issues. Delayed, missing, or incorrect market data may lead to poor strategy scoring and flawed enable/disable decisions.

AI Scoring Risks

  • Informational Only. AI scoring is analytical information designed to inform your decisions—not a guarantee or trading signal.
  • Limited Historical Data. Scores are based on available historical performance and may not predict future results under different market conditions.
  • Model Limitations. AI models may fail to recognize unprecedented market conditions, black swan events, or structural market changes.
  • No Liability. AlgoMind is provided as-is. Scores, recommendations, and enable/disable suggestions are informational only and are not guarantees of performance or profit.

User Responsibilities

  • Verify Functionality. Before live trading, thoroughly test AlgoMind and your strategies on a demo or paper trading account.
