Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your AlgoMind subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. We will send you an email reminder 7 days before your renewal date to ensure you have time to review your subscription.

Refund Requests & Processing

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction (the "Statutory Withdrawal Right"). This right applies in addition to our money-back guarantee.

However, you have the right to waive this withdrawal right and request immediate access to our service. By checking the consent box during purchase, you acknowledge that you are waiving your statutory withdrawal right in exchange for immediate service access.
