  • AddOn version and deployment information

2.3 AI Scoring and Strategy Performance Data

To provide AI-driven strategy scoring, we transmit the following to the Anthropic Claude API:

  • Strategy name and description
  • Historical performance metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, etc.)
  • Trade logs and execution data
  • Strategy parameters and settings

This data is processed by Anthropic's Claude API for analysis and scoring. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on how Claude API processes this data.

2.4 Technical and Device Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address and geolocation data
  • Browser type, version, and user agent
  • Operating system information
  • Device identifiers
  • VPS hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, OS)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Performance metrics (page load times, error logs)

2.5 Support and Communication Data

When you contact us for support, we collect:

  • The content of your inquiries and messages
  • Support tickets and correspondence history

5.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)

5.2 Anthropic Claude API (AI Scoring)

5.3 Google Analytics (Optional)

If you have not opted out, we use Google Analytics to track website traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics uses cookies to identify returning users and analyze usage behavior. Google does not combine this data with other Google accounts unless you have explicitly chosen to link your data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5.4 Hosting and Infrastructure Providers

We use cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar) to host our website and backend services. These providers have access to your data only as necessary to provide hosting services.

5.5 Other Disclosures

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, government request, or to protect our legal rights, privacy, safety, or property. We do not sell or rent your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Active accounts: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription and continued use of the Service
